By engaging HOPE Systems for computer or laptop repair services in Ahmedabad, you agree to the following:

Diagnosis and quotes

Diagnosis is free. Quotes are indicative starting prices; the final price is confirmed after physical diagnosis and requires your explicit approval before any work begins. Once you approve, the quoted amount becomes payable on successful completion.

Warranty

See our full Warranty Policy. Repairs carry a 90-day service warranty; new spare parts carry a 6-month manufacturer warranty.

Device pickup and holding

Devices unclaimed for more than 90 days after repair completion may be disposed of after two written notices, in accordance with unclaimed-goods practice. We are not liable for such devices.

Liability

Our maximum liability for any repair is limited to the invoice amount for that repair. We do not accept liability for data loss unless you have paid for a data-recovery service explicitly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
