What's covered
- Service warranty (90 days): The specific repair we performed is warranted for 90 days from the invoice date. If the same problem returns, we fix it at no cost.
- Genuine spare parts (6 months): Any OEM or A-grade compatible part we install — screen, battery, keyboard, SSD, RAM — carries a 6-month manufacturer warranty.
- Refurbished laptops (6–12 months): All refurbished laptops sold include 6 months warranty; custom-built desktops include 1 year.
What's not covered
- Physical damage caused after the repair (drops, spills, breaks).
- Unauthorized repairs by third parties after we handed the device back.
- New, unrelated issues not linked to the original repair.
- Consumables like cartridges and thermal paste after their normal service life.
How to claim
